Miro Vranac is an entrepreneur and has worked with entrepreneurs most of his career.  The ideal environment is to have a proper combination of deal-flow people and analytical people. Deal-flow entrepreneurs are keen at sourcing potential investment opportunities, and analytical entrepreneurs are adept at investment analysis, risks identification, organization and structure.  An environment with all entrepreneurs of the same type (ie. all deal-flow or all analytical types) is not a good situation.  In an all deal-flow environment, they will want to close every deal they look at until catastrophe happens (ie. too many bad investments).  In an all analytical types environment, they will be too conservative and not close any deal.  Miro Vranac created a very successful investment record with a proper combination of deal-flow and analytical entrepreneurs.
